The founder of JAMM TRAIN believed deeply in the power of experimentation and discovery; always seeking what brings true joy and value to others.
Over 19 years, he worked across four countries, establishing and running offices for a major multinational company in Brisbane, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
During this journey, he uncovered his passion for developing people.
When searching for training solutions for his emerging leaders, Jamie realised the profound impact that effective training can have, sparking a lifelong commitment to empowering others through learning and growth.

An innovative 1-size-fits-all leadership & sales development process works well for a time
On April Fools Day 2010 JammTrain became a licensee of an international training company, delivering an innovative, one-size-fits-all leadership development program for frontline managers and emerging leaders.
While this approach proved effective for a period, the rise of constant technology driven distractions and opportunities made it clear that customisation was essential for real impact.
Recognising this shift, Jamie left the training franchise in 2019 to establish his own independent company JammTrain.
